I have co-developed a line of software incorporating Dynamic Tonality, an audio synthesis routine that allows movement through a continuum of musical tunings, and can relate the spectral tuning accordingly. All of the software is available free of charge on the Dynamic Tonality homepage.
Hex
Hex is a MIDI sequencer that uses a hexagonal lattice instead of a traditional piano roll. It was designed to facilitate microtonal music composition with Dynamic Tonality.

2032 is a modal synthesizer that models physical objects. This is a video that I made to showcase some of its features.
The Viking
The Viking is an additive synthesizer that is disguised as a subtractive synthesizer. It is a VST instrument for Windows. I'm currently working on a port for Mac OSX.
TransFormSynth
The TransFormSynth (TFS) is an analysis-resynthesis synthesizer. Bill Sethares designed the synthesizer itself, and I designed the graphics.
